Roadway Maintenance Update
Please be aware the stripping of the streets and reflectors will be done 30 days after the completion of paving for the pavement to cure.

Water Hydrant Project Canceled
The Board of Directors voted to cancel the water hydrant project in Evergreen due to the fact that the majority of the Property Owner’s survey ballots presented to the Martin County Utilities Department were against the proposal. Continue reading “Water Hydrant Project Canceled”
Town Hall Meeting – Water Issue
Last year an Evergreen resident suggested that the POA Board investigate the viability of bringing community water into Evergreen. This would make it possible to locate fire hydrants therein, which could have a positive effect on insurance rates. Continue reading “Town Hall Meeting – Water Issue”
