Evergreen Property Owners Association, Inc. (“POA”) is a Florida non-profit corporation that serves the community of property owners in Evergreen by regulating activities, levying and collecting assessments, and managing resident services for the benefit of property owners in Evergreen. Primary responsibility for the POA rests with the Board of Directors, a group comprised of volunteer property owners elected by the members of the POA at each annual meeting.
Because of the size of the community, the POA retains a management service to oversee the day-to-day operations of the community and common areas:
