Welcome to Evergreen Golf Community, the Home of Crane Watch Golf Club. We are happy to have new members join our community. Please see below for valuable information about our community as you settle in.

Property Management Services: Coastal Property Management is responsible for the association’s administrative and accounting services. All questions regarding POA matters will be directed to your property manager, Angelo Palmeri. The Property Manager can be contacted at 772.600.8900 or at angelo@nullcpmfl.com.

Gate Access Services: Gate access security is provided through G-Force Security. Bar code and pre-approved visitor and vendor forms are available at the guard house and on the website. You may also contact the guard house at evergreensecurity@nullgforcemiami.com or (772) 286-2114. Please stop by the guard house and present your ID, and the security team will get you started. Vehicle Bar Codes are $15 per vehicle and must be paid for by check made out to Jupiter Management.

Hotwire Communications: Evergreen Community currently has a contract with Hotwire Communications as our primary TV Cable and Internet Provider. Residents are free to choose whoever they would like to use for this option. If new residents would like to get set up with Hotwire, they may reach out to our community representative, Rachel Saint-Phard, at rachel.saintphard@nullhotwiremail.com, or new residents may call the Hotwire Customer Service line at 800-355-5668.

- Garbage, Recycling, and Yard Waste Services: Martin County contracts with Waste Management for residential curbside garbage, recycling, and yard waste collection. Please ensure all garbage is secured in cans and place it at the end of the road the night before for pickup. All garbage cans and recycle bins must be brought up and stored out of view within 24 hours after pickup. Please call Waste Management at 772-546-7700 if you need a new recycle bin. Waste Management will provide residents with one free of charge. Below is the current schedule for pickup of the following.
- Monday: Recycle and Household Trash
- Wednesday: Yard Waste
- Thursday: Household Trash
- Any Bulk Waste (Yard or Household): Residents must call Waste Management for Special Pick up.

Association Meetings: Board of Directors meetings are usually held on the fourth Thursday of the month at 6:00 PM at Crane Watch Club. Meeting notices will be posted on the community board at the guard house and the community website, and emails will be sent to owners. The Board of Directors determines the date and time of the annual Member’s Meeting in March.

Crane Watch Club: Crane Watch Club is our semi-private golf course in Evergreen. Owned by Colin Dunwoody and operated by Dennis Zasoski, this 18-hole golf course provides season rates for golfers, a driving range, and a putting green for its members. Crane Watch hosts different dining and social events for its members. Golf Carts

Golf Carts in Evergreen:

Under Article VIII, Section 5 of the Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions of Evergreen, Golf Carts shall not be operated on the Common Areas by any unlicensed person or any person under the age of sixteen (16).

Under Article I Section 5 “Common Area” shall mean all the real property and improvements owned by the Association for the common use and the enjoyment of the Owners. The Common Area to be owned by the Association shall be such areas as shown on the Plats designated as Common Area.

After Hours Use of the Golf Course

Crane Watch Golf Course:

Please note that the golf course and the open land adjacent to Crane Watch are private property. Any unauthorized use of the grounds is trespassing and prohibited.

Lastly, as per our Bylaws and Covenants under Article 2 Section 2 subsection F. An Easement of 40ft. is hereby expressively reserved over the rear of all lots abutting fairways in the golf course for the use of the golf course. This easement is indicated as the Drainage, Safety, and Buffer Easement. Residents can read the current bylaws here.
