Quick update following Thursday, April 23rd, Annual Members Meeting:
We successfully achieved quorum, with a total of 111 property owners represented through attendance and proxies. As a result, the proposed 2026–2027 budget has been approved. Thank you to everyone who attended or submitted their proxies—your participation is greatly appreciated.
Following the Annual Meeting, the Board of Directors held its organizational meeting to appoint officers for the 2026–2027 term.
The Board is as follows:

* Joann Chassaing-Crupi – Treasurer
* Peter Sicoli – Secretary
* Joseph DePino – Director
