Evergreen Entrance & Flagpole Beautification Project

Dear Evergreen Residents,

The Evergreen Board of Directors is pleased to announce an upcoming maintenance and beautification project focused on refreshing the appearance of our community’s main entrance and flagpole area.

As part of our ongoing commitment to maintaining and enhancing Evergreen’s common areas, the Board has approved Kendall Lang, owner of All Shine Pressure and Detail, to provide professional pressure washing and exterior cleaning services. This work will help remove accumulated dirt, mildew, and staining, restoring a clean and welcoming appearance to these highly visible areas of our community.

The cleaning is scheduled for Saturday, October 24, 2026.

Supporting One of Evergreen’s Own:

The Board is especially excited to welcome Kendall as one of Evergreen’s newest service vendors!

As a fellow Evergreen resident and local business owner, Kendall has built a strong reputation within our community through the quality of his work and the services he has provided to other Evergreen homeowners.

We are always pleased when opportunities arise to support businesses owned and operated by members of our own community, particularly when those businesses have demonstrated a commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

We look forward to working with Kendall and his team as we continue our efforts to maintain and enhance the beauty of Evergreen.

Areas Scheduled for Cleaning:

The project will include:

  • Evergreen Monument Sign: Cleaning the community entrance sign.
  • Guard House: Soft washing the exterior and roof.
  • Entrance Pavers: Cleaning the pavers surrounding the guard house and roadway.
  • Concrete and Curbs: Pressure washing designated concrete surfaces.
  • Decorative Stonework: Cleaning stone features around the entrance.
  • Flagpole Area: Cleaning the surrounding surfaces and features.

Project Investment:

Approved Contractor: All Shine Pressure and Detail
Total Project Cost: $460.00

The Board anticipates minimal disruption to residents during the cleaning process. We ask motorists to exercise caution when traveling through the entrance while Kendall and his team are working.

Looking Ahead – Continuing to Improve Evergreen:

This project is one of several improvements the Board is evaluating to enhance Evergreen’s appearance, including seasonal flower replacements, irrigation system upgrades, and additional landscape lighting.

Our goal is simple: Maintain a beautiful, welcoming entrance while making responsible use of Association funds.

We appreciate your continued support as we work together to preserve and enhance the beauty of our community.

Property Owners can review the proposal here.

Warm Regards,

Evergreen Board of Directors
