Notice of Board Meeting Cancellation
Dear Evergreen Residents,
Please be advised that the regularly scheduled Board of Directors Meeting for Thursday, July 24th has been cancelled.
The Board of Directors will continue working on Association business and ongoing community projects during the summer recess. Any important updates will continue to be communicated through the Association’s website, email notifications, and other official communication channels as needed.
We hope all our residents enjoy their summer activities. We look forward to reconvening and discussing the many exciting community projects and updates when our regular meeting schedule resumes on Thursday August 27th at 6pm at the banquet hall of Crane Watch Club (location subject to change).
In the meantime, we wish everyone a safe, enjoyable, and relaxing remainder of the summer. Please take time to enjoy family, friends, and all that the season has to offer.
