Good evening, Residents,
As you may be aware, Evergreen has a new Property Management Company, Coastal Property Management, starting March 1st. Residents should have received a welcome email from Coastal with steps to access and set up the login and password through their portal.
The portal is now live, and we are encouraging residents to set up the information on the Coastal website before April 1st dues are due. Residents will receive the board-approved annual budget from the Feb. 27th meeting, which will be voted on by the community at the annual meeting on March 27th.
Lastly, the Board of Directors would like to welcome Coastal Property Management to Evergreen and look forward to working with Richard Krett, Coastal President, and our new property manager, Angelo Palmeri.
The Board of Directors would also like to thank Stephen Skakandy and Jupiter Management for their assistance over the years of our contract.
