Good afternoon Evergreen Neighbors Palm City:
This is a friendly reminder to please do not post photographs or information regarding alleged violations or compliance concerns on the Evergreen Facebook or Nextdoor pages.
The Board of Directors understands and appreciates that residents want to help maintain the appearance, safety, and integrity of our community. However, to protect the privacy, legal rights, and interests of all residents, while also minimizing potential liability for both homeowners and the Association, we ask that any alleged violations or compliance concerns be reported directly to the Associations Board of Directors and Property Management Company rather than discussed or posted on social media. This approach helps ensure that all matters are reviewed fairly, consistently, and in accordance with the Association’s governing documents and applicable laws.
Reporting Guidance:
If you observe a potential violation, please report it by email to Angelo at Coastal Property Management and copy the Board of Directors.
Please also:
-
Do not post the matter publicly on Facebook or Nextdoor.
-
Do not confront the resident directly.
-
Do submit the information by email so the concern can be reviewed appropriately, consistently, and in accordance with the Association’s governing documents.
Information to Include:
When submitting a report, please include the following information whenever possible:
-
Date and time the issue was observed.
-
Exact location of the concern, including the property address, lot number, or common area, if known.
-
A clear description of the alleged violation.
-
Any relevant vehicle information, if applicable.
-
Your name and contact information in case additional information is needed.
-
Whether the matter presents an immediate safety concern.
Legal Review:
The Board of Directors will be consulting with the Association’s legal counsel over the coming days to obtain additional guidance regarding the appropriate handling and communication of alleged violations, including the use of photographs.
Our goal is to ensure that any procedures adopted by the Association are consistent with our governing documents and comply with all applicable county, state, and federal laws. Most importantly, we want to ensure that everyone’s privacy and due process rights are respected while maintaining the standards of our community.
Questions:
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Angelo at Coastal Property Management and copy the Board of Directors so we can assist you.
We appreciate your patience, understanding, and cooperation as we work through this process. Thank you for helping keep Evergreen a safe, respectful, and welcoming community for everyone.
Have a wonderful Sunday!
Evergreen Board of Directors
