Evergreen/Windstone Proposed Water Ballot Results

Good evening Residents,

The Evergreen Board of Directors received the final ballot totals from the Martin County Water Main Extension Project on July 30th.

The Martin County Supervisor of Elections has reported:

402 Benefitted Properties in the project area.

226-voted yes

106-voted no

Therefore, Martin County Staff is preparing documents for the Martin County Purchasing Division to advertise for bids officially. Subsequent to the results to the bid process, all benefitted properties in the project area will be notified of the date of a future staff level workshop and meetings before the Martin County Board of County Commissioners.

The Board apologizes for the confusion and the delay in getting this out the community.

No Boarding Meeting Scheduled for month of July

The Evergreen POA Board of Directors will not hold their monthly meeting in July 2024. The next meeting will occur at the clubhouse inside Crane Watch Club at 6 pm est. on August 22nd.  All homeowners are invited to attend. We will have the agenda posted the week of the August 22nd.

CINC: On-Line Payment Portal Registering

Evergreen Residents,

Jupiter Management is now using a new On-Line Payment Portal called CINC. All current and new residents will need to register a new account to pay your HOA dues online. If you have already registered, please disregard.

Below are the steps you will need to follow to create your new account.

  1. The web address to register through CINC is: https://jupitermgt.cincwebaxis.com
  2. You will need to know your email address that Jupiter Management has on file. You will need this email on file as a part of your new account registration.
  3. Account numbers are associated to your street address.  EVG_ _ _ _SW
    • Example: If you live at 5091 SW Bimini Circle South- your account ID would be EVG5091SW
