April Assessments

Good afternoon Evergreen Neighbors Palm City:

Happy Monday! I just spoke with Coastal and wanted to share a quick update:

If you paid your April assessment before the new budget was approved (for example, the $835 or $839 amount), you will not be charged any interest or late fees related to the increase.

Coastal’s accounting system automatically applies these fees, but they are currently in the process of removing them from any affected accounts.

That said, homeowners are still responsible for the difference between the old and new assessment (either $14–$19). You can make this payment through Vantaca, or it will be included in your July statement from Coastal.

If you have not yet paid your April assessment, interest and late fees will still apply, as these are automatically assessed 30 days after the April 1 due date.

If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Once updates are complete, if you notice any incorrect charges on your account, we will work with Coastal to have them corrected.

We apologize for the confusion and frustration we are working together to make it right. The Board will keep on eye on the A/R’s and if we need to make changes will communicate that with Coastal.

Thank you!
