Residents,
On Tuesday, January 28th, The Evergreen Board of Directors executed a contract with our landscape vendor Yellowstone Landscaping. In this contract, Yellowstone will be responsible for removing 25 diseased and dying palm trees in the community. Once the tree and the root ball are removed, Yellowstone will replace that area with new healthy dirt and sod.
The second half of the executed proposal will include Yellowstone trimming the Oak Trees at the Evergreen entrance and trimming and cleaning up around the Flagpole at the start of Bimini North/South.
Once we know the start of these projects, the Board of Directors will communicate this to the community. Once these projects begin, we are asking residents for their patience as they navigate through the community. Lastly, this executed proposal will be posted on the Evergreen website in the coming days for residents to view.
If you have any questions, please contact either Jupiter Management or the Evergreen Board of Directors with your concerns.
