Notice of Reconvened Annual Meeting and Board of Directors Meeting - 5/24/21 at 6 PM

The Evergreen Annual Meeting of March 18, 2021, will be reconvened on Monday, May 24, 2021. The counting of the proxies for the 80/20 proposed amendment change will be tabulated and announced to the membership.
The meeting will be conducted via conference call and will be called to order at 6:00 PM. To attend the meeting, dial 1-602-580-9798. When prompted, the passcode is 1480034#.

Florida Statue 720.3045: regarding the storage of recreational vehicles. The Board of Directors has two requests: notice of intent for our records and are not visible from the road. To view the current Statue, please click here.
Florida Statue 316.212: Florida statue states residents must be over the age of 14 to operate a golf cart. Anyone operating a golf cart outside of the community must have a valid driver’s license or permit. All golf carts must be in good working condition and be fully insured. After Hours Use of the Golf Course

Crane Watch Golf Course:

Please note that the golf course and the open land adjacent to Crane Watch are private property. Any unauthorized use of the grounds is trespassing and prohibited.

Lastly, as per our Bylaws and Covenants under Article 2 Section 2 subsection F. An Easement of 40ft. is hereby expressively reserved over the rear of all lots abutting fairways in the golf course for the use of the golf course. This easement is indicated as the Drainage, Safety, and Buffer Easement. Residents can read the current bylaws here.
