We have made a slight change to the website. We have added a new section called Evergreen Bylaws and Financials. This section is password-protected to protect the POA’s valuable information.
Residents can access this page using the same password as homeowners would use to log in to view meeting minutes. If you have any questions, please contact the Board of Directors or Jupiter Management with your concerns.

In April 2024, Evergreen residents voted to pass a new amendment to our current bylaw under Section VII, section 4, subparagraph b. Of the 155 votes cast, 138 were in favor, and 17 voted not in favor.
Under Section VII, section 4, subparagraph b, each homeowner has a vote on the upcoming budget for the following year. The Board of Directors has officially signed the amendment, which will be in effect at this forthcoming annual meeting. Residents can view the current bylaws and the updated amendment under the website’s Evergreen Bylaws & Financials section.

This week, the Board of Directors was notified of a change in our Hotwire account manager. Junia Voltaire will no longer be Evergreen’s Account Manager.
Our new account manager will be Rachel Saint-Phard. Rachel currently does not have her direct line set up with Hotwire, but she can be reached via email at rachel.saintphard@nullhotwiremail.com.

Good afternoon Residents,
Starting January 4th, the Board of Directors will have new legal representation. In December, the Evergreen Board of Directors decided to part ways with our current legal representation with Ross, Earle, Bonan, Ensor & Carrigan, PA.
Going forward, Jane Cornett, Esq. of Becker & Poliakoff, will be our new legal representation and contact for any legal matters. After our meeting with Jane, she had a mediate-first mentality. She wants to exhaust all options before taking anything to the courts. Jane and her staff will work with the board on all legal matters, foremost helping the Evergreen Board of Directors update our current bylaws.

There have been various discussions around the golf cart issue within Evergreen. The Board of Directors will follow the State of Florida’s statutes. Please see the attached statutes by clicking here.

Evergreen Residents,
This past Thursday, December 19th, the Evergreen Board of Directors meeting was canceled due to a posting error. According to Evergreen’s bylaws, the agenda for any non-emergency board meeting must be posted before 48 hours of the meeting. Unfortunately, this was not the case, so the cancellation happened.
Going forward, the Board of Directors and Jupiter Management will work better to prevent this error from happening again. We will continue to post the meeting, notice, and agenda on the bulletin board next to the clubhouse.

Good afternoon Residents,
For those wanting to contribute to the Security Holiday Fund for the Guard House, please make sure CHECKS ONLY are placed in the drop box before or on December 19th. Jupiter Management will cut checks and deliver them to the guards on Friday, December 20th. Any checks received after Dec. 20th will be deposited for an additional check they will receive after the holidays.
