We are moving ahead with the replacement of the remaining signs within the Evergreen community and this should take place within the next month or so. This is another step in our efforts to upgrade the look of our community.
The mailbox replacement plan is still progressing with a letter being drafted to be sent out from Bristol Management (nka FirstService Residential) asking Property Owners to approve the use of reserves for the funding of this project. In addition, the letter will be asking Property Owners to vote on the mailbox styles offered. If approved, this will be another beautification upgrade to the community.
