Over the last couple of days, the Evergreen Board of Directors has begun discussions with our new Property Management Company, Coastal Property Management. With their direction, we want to immediately convey the following regarding Golf Carts in Evergreen.
Under Article VIII, Section 5 of the Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions of Evergreen, Golf Carts shall not be operated on the Common Areas by any unlicensed person or any person under the age of sixteen (16).
Under Article I Section 5 “Common Area” shall mean all the real property and improvements owned by the Association for the common use and the enjoyment of the Owners. The Common Area to be owned by the Association shall be such areas as shown on the Plats designated as Common Area.
In general, Evergreen’s Current Governing Documents do not supersede state law. We, as a Board of Directors, apologize for the confusion. The website is currently being updated. We are asking all property owners and residents to adhere to Evergreen’s current bylaws.
