CINC: On-Line Payment Portal

Evergreen Residents,

Jupiter Management is now using a new Online Payment Portal called CINC. All current and new residents must register a new account to pay their HOA dues online.

Below are the steps you will need to follow to create your new account.

1. The web address to register through CINC is: https://jupitermgt.cincwebaxis.com
2. You will need to know the email address Jupiter Management has on file. You will need this email to register your new account.
3. Account numbers are associated to your street address.  EVG_ _ _ _SW
   • Example: If you live at 6250 Bimini Circle South- your account ID would be EVG6250SW
