On Thursday, January 23rd, at the Board Meeting, the Evergreen Board of Directors voted to cut ties with Jupiter Management and hire Coastal Property Management effective March 1st, 2025.
This contract was executed on Friday, January 24th, and a termination letter was submitted to Jupiter Management over the weekend. Jupiter Management accepted this letter and will assist in helping with the transition with Coastal Management Property.
Over the next couple of weeks, property owners will receive a welcome letter from Coastal Property Management, which will allow them to set up their payment system and online portal.
The Board of Directors thanks Steve Skakandy and his staff for their assistance and professionalism over the years. We also welcome Richard Krett and his staff to Evergreen.
If Homeowners need to complete ARC applications, please continue to submit them through Jupiter Management and the ARC committee. Lastly, the executed applications will be visible to property owners in the coming days.
