POSTPONED – Hotwire Information Session – Thursday, March 19, 2020

HOTWIRE COMMUNICATIONS has postponed the presentation and refreshments/food that was scheduled for March 19th. A new date will be set up as soon as that can safely take place. Hotwire will be making arrangements over the next several days to have all handouts/material that would have been part of the presentation, reach all homeowners. The original post is below:

Hotwire Communications is set to begin construction on Monday the 9th. They will be bringing the fiber optic lines into the neighborhood starting at the guardhouse and working their way down Island Way.

Our first informational session is set for March 19, 2020, at the Crane Watch Club clubhouse. There are two separate 90-minute sessions (4:30 PM & 6:30 PM) scheduled in an effort to accommodate all residents. Please find the meeting information here.

Meet the Candidates Night – there will be a special meeting to meet the candidates running for a seat on the BoD on February 13th at the Peter and Julie Cummings Library in Palm City.  The details can be found here.

NOTE: The Meet the Candidates Night has been RESCHEDULED to Tuesday, February 18th at 6 PM at the Crane Watch Club Clubhouse – just prior to the Board of Directors meeting at 6:30 PM.  There will NOT be a meeting at the Library on February 13th.

ATTENTION EVERGREEN RESIDENTS!!!

The Martin County Commission will be in session on Tuesday, September 24th beginning at 9:00 am in the commission chambers of the county administrative building located at 2401 SE Monterey Road.  One of the topics will be the Murphy Road project including the traffic light at Canoe Creek.  Please attend to get information on these projects and how it may potentially affect our community.

Update on Card Reader at Resident Entrance Gate

From Signature Property Management:

Please be advised that the current barcode reader, (17 years old) has broken. We had the company who is an authorized repair service come out to inspect and estimate a replacement.

We are also securing estimates from other vendors for a new gate card reader.

This should be concluded at the 09.23 Board Meeting and installed shortly thereafter. Thank you for your patience.
