2025 Board of Directors Nominating Committee and Seat Openings

Dear Evergreen Residents:

The time has come again when our Annual Meeting is on the horizon. In 2025, there will be two (2) board vacancies for the Evergreen Board of Directors. Tony Kretz and Brian Yates’s positions will be vacant when their term finishes at the end of March 2025.

The Evergreen Board of Directors needs a minimum of five (5) resident volunteers for a Nominating Committee, none of which can be current board members. This committee reviews Board nominations and facilitates the Candidate’s Night portion of the February 27th Board meeting.

Secondly, as mentioned, there are two (2) open board seats. If any resident is interested in a vacated seat, please complete the self-nominating form here. Please include a resume and biography of yourself. Self-nominations for the open Board of Director seats are due by Friday, February 7th, 2025.

If a resident is interested in volunteering for the Nominating Committee, please contact Peter Sicoli (president@nullevergreenpoa.com) or Kevin O’Conner (vice-president@nullevergreenpoa.com) as soon as possible. The Board of Directors wants the committee filled on or before January 31^st.

Golf Carts

Golf Carts in Evergreen:

Under Article VIII, Section 5 of the Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions of Evergreen, Golf Carts shall not be operated on the Common Areas by any unlicensed person or any person under the age of sixteen (16).

Under Article I Section 5 “Common Area” shall mean all the real property and improvements owned by the Association for the common use and the enjoyment of the Owners. The Common Area to be owned by the Association shall be such areas as shown on the Plats designated as Common Area.

After Hours Use of the Golf Course

Crane Watch Golf Course:

Please note that the golf course and the open land adjacent to Crane Watch are private property. Any unauthorized use of the grounds is trespassing and prohibited.

Lastly, as per our Bylaws and Covenants under Article 2 Section 2 subsection F. An Easement of 40ft. is hereby expressively reserved over the rear of all lots abutting fairways in the golf course for the use of the golf course. This easement is indicated as the Drainage, Safety, and Buffer Easement. Residents can read the current bylaws here.
