Thursday December 19th Meeting Cancellation Notice

Evergreen Residents,

This past Thursday, December 19th, the Evergreen Board of Directors meeting was canceled due to a posting error. According to Evergreen’s bylaws, the agenda for any non-emergency board meeting must be posted before 48 hours of the meeting. Unfortunately, this was not the case, so the cancellation happened.

Going forward, the Board of Directors and Jupiter Management will work better to prevent this error from happening again. We will continue to post the meeting, notice, and agenda on the bulletin board next to the clubhouse.
