Re: Amendment Vote Follow-up

Date: November 26th, 2025

Dear Evergreen Property Owners,

Happy Wednesday! On Thursday, November 20th, 2025, Evergreen held a Special Members Meeting to conduct the official vote on the amendment and bylaw changes proposed by the Evergreen Board of Directors. However, as we did achieve the minimum quorum of 90 property owners (94 proxies returned), the association did not reach the minimum requirement of 150 to count the vote per our bylaws.

Therefore, a property owner in attendance made a motion to postpone the special members meeting to obtain the additional 56 votes needed to conduct the procedural vote. That motion was seconded and approved by the members. The Special Members Meeting will continue on Thursday, January 29th, 2026, at 6 pm at the Peter & Julie Cummings Library in Palm City. The Board will continue the Special Members meeting, followed by their regularly scheduled Monthly Board Meeting.

What are the next steps? If you have already submitted your proxy. There is nothing further you will need to do. If you have not submitted your proxy, please return it to Coastal Property Management before January 29th, 2026. If you have not received a proxy to cast your vote, please get in touch with Angelo Palmieri (angelo@nullcpmfl.com)  at Coastal Property Management to receive your ballot.  Your vote is essential to the association’s governance. If you have any further questions, you may reach out to any Board of Directors member at poa@nullevergreenpoa.com with your concerns.

Kind Regards,

Tony Kretz

Evergreen Board of Directors President

On behalf of the Evergreen Board of Directors
