In April 2024, Evergreen residents voted to pass a new amendment to our current bylaw under Section VII, section 4, subparagraph b. Of the 155 votes cast, 138 were in favor, and 17 voted not in favor.
Under Section VII, section 4, subparagraph b, each homeowner has a vote on the upcoming budget for the following year. The Board of Directors has officially signed the amendment, which will be in effect at this forthcoming annual meeting. Residents can view the current bylaws and the updated amendment under the website’s Evergreen Bylaws & Financials section.
