Annual Palm Tree Trimming Begins June 7th - Evergreen Property Owners Association

Evergreen’s annual palm tree trimming will begin on Monday, June 7th. The contractor will be on the property for several days, weather permitting.

Please drive slowly and be aware of the trimming activity in the area for everyone’s safety.

Florida Statue 316.212: Florida statue states residents must be over the age of 14 to operate a golf cart. Anyone operating a golf cart outside of the community must have a valid driver’s license or permit. All golf carts must be in good working condition and be fully insured.
